TERMS OF SERVICE
BY ORDERING WORK FROM ME,
YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS
- Work commissioned from me is bound
for PERSONAL or PRIVATE use only.
My art is not authorized to be used for commercial purposes and/or profit unles
the commercial use has been specified and paid for acordingly at the time the order
is issued.- As the artist, rights to the works I
produce are absolutely mantained by me.
This constitutes the posting of the work
on social media, ability to add it to my portfolio, etc. (Unless it has been
accorded otherwise alongside the client).- My work, commissions or personal, past, actual or future, is STRICTLY PROHIBITED to be plugged into an NFT project by the commissioner.
(The feeding of my artwork to AI learning algorithims is prohibited as well).- NOBODY (The commissioner nor anybody the artwork requested is shared to) is allowed
to copy, trace and edit the finished artwork.
This also refers to the prohibition of my art being claimed as "yours". CREDITS SHOULD BE GIVEN ACCORDINGLY (©tweemaru; the original producer) Or any links that redirect to any of my precence in social media (Instagram and twitter).- Suggestive work is 100% ok, but NO straight up "NSFW" (NO nudity)- Commissions AREN'T accepted "in automatic". The fact that you have sent your request via mail as solicited DOESN'T guarantee a sealed spot in the list. I can decline the order if I either feel uncomfortable with what is being solicited, or I know for certainty I won't be able to deliver the work due to time and/or other personal concerns.- ALL major changes are to be solicited in THE SKETCHING PHASE.
Once we enter the lineart, coloring and rendering phases, I WON'T be able to do any major changes. (Such as outfits, accessories, complex elements of design, facial structure, features, body proportions and positions). When the sketch gets approved by the client, then the only possible changes will be minor (Such as color adjustments, lineart enhancements, etc.)- PHOTO REFERENCES, AND DESCRIPTIONS
NEED TO BE DETAILED AND CLEAR.
Before you think about commissioning, you need to be SURE of what you want me to produce without any doubt. You need to adhere to a professional environment, providing useful and clear photo references, as well as giving descriptions in high detail, with CLEAR DIRECTION for me to be able to produce the best product possible. If this requirement ISN'T followed and the information given is lacking, there may be a need for extra fees (discussed alongside the client).- No refunds are to be enrolled -You are to commit to the commission just as much as the artist. If you no longer desire the illustration being produced for you, as the artist, I'll stil produce the piece until it is finished and fulfill my duty to reach a completed illustration, it is your decision as the commissioner to still involve yourself in the making or not, but refunds won't be able to be enrolled in any form.** YOU CAN ASK FOR WIPs TO CHECK YOUR
COMMISSION STATUS ANYTIME YOU DESIRE!**

This will be completed via PayPal InvoicesThe esstimated time of completion ranges from
ONE & A HALF to two weeks and a half!

COMMERCIAL USE:COMMERCIAL USE applies to various types of work, including (but not limited to): Streaming (and content creating in general) assets, banners, icons and standalone character illustrations, Vtuber character designs, assets and illustrations, Manga covers, Webtoon covers, Music Album, EP, Single covers, Videogame concept art, sprites, designs and Merchandising designs (Such as Clothing, apparel, posters, prints, mugs, dakimakuras(?) etc.)When the commercial usage for media (everything not merch/product related, such as vtubing design, stream assets, youtube assets, covers, publicity posters, etc.) of the work is stablished, a single fee of +45% of the total price is charged.(And for merch, apparel and other designs produced
for further profit, a fee of +120% of the total price will be charged).
EXTRA FEES
("Extra fees" concern all of those elements
that are apart from the standalone character illustration and
are "add-ons" to the base illustration price, such as
character design, overtime corrections and revisions,
& time-rush commissions!)The Background price will merely depend on the commission (But it will need to have a minimum pricing of 120usd)The GRAPHIC design background price range is 20 - 60usd(This type of backround refers to those beckgrounds with patterns, color, shapes, and compositions of the such)The Character Design price is 130usd(With the "character design fee" I'll design a character for you, from ground up! Fully personalized to fit your needs! Wether it is for your new Vtuber model or OCs you want to bring to life, YOU GOT IT!)The Overtime Corrections base price is 60usd
(BUT, it will vary depending on the gravity of
the revision, so let's work with great attention to
avoid this from happening!)Rush-Time Comms will consist of a full +50% of the total price.(This guarantees FULL PRIORITY for
YOUR work, getting the finished product
in around a single week!)
The Icon price is 75usdEXTRA CHARACTER: 65usd- elements like stickers and little designs around the character are totally ok!- This comes with a white BG PNG file, as well as a totally transparent PNG file!
The half body price is 110usdEXTRA CHARACTER: 90usd- Includes transparent PNG version,

The BASE Full body price is 160usd,EXTRA CHARACTER: 150usd- PNG and PSD files are included!For background, check the "EXTRA FEES" Part in the commission detail homepage!
HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER?
It is very simple! Just send me an E-MAIL, giving me ALL the
details I need to work properly, and bring your ideas to life!
IT SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
Sepecify the type of commission and the fees you would like to include! (ex: "Character illustration, Character design, commercial use")
A DETAILED written description of the illustration(s) you will order me to produce (Describe mood, feelings, personality traits of the character you want me to draw/design, poses and reasoning behind! this is MUCH MORE IMPORTANT if you are ordering "Character design"!)
SEND AS MUCH PHOTO REFERENCE AS YOU CAN! Send references that portray clearly the figure you want me to illustrate, through photos of outfits, poses, facial expressions, accesories, etc.)
After sending me the mail, PLEASE MESSAGE ME IN MY SOCIAL MEDIA! There we will discuss everything in further detail, and pact our deal!(Message me ONLY AFTER sending the mail! There
